Happy June!

We are almost 1 full week into the month of June!  As we move through June, the month of the Sacred Heart, let us continue to show and spread devotion to Jesus’ Sacred Heart.

Our 17th Annual State Convention is almost here!  It’s going to be a fun Friday evening, and Saturday is a full day, with your State Officers being installed for the next year.  So many people worked SO hard to make this convention become a reality.  I want to say that I appreciate all of you, especially our Convention Chair Jackie Falce.   Thank you all!

Our newest Auxiliary, St Thomas Aquinas, in Alpharetta, is on track and preparations are happening to stand up their Auxiliary on the 21st.  Again, thank you to those Columbiettes who have volunteered to work the initiation and installation events.  Georgia Columbiettes are the best, and always there to say “yes”!

This month all Auxiliaries will be installing their officers for the next year.  Very exciting!  Some officers will be doing a 2nd year, others starting a 1st year.  Our obligation to you is to provide training for each position.  I will be sending out information on that later in the month.  

I hope everyone gets the chance during these wonderful summer months to relax, recharge and spend time with those we love.  Let’s continue to pray for each other.  When we begin our next year, I know it will be the best Georgia Columbiettes year ever!
